fastwarc1.0.9Compiles fastwarc's Cython legacy WARC/WAT/WET parser and its setuptools-rust/pyo3 extension over the fastwarc-rs crate. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

Testing
test-sourcesstages fastwarc-pytest plus its sibling fixture directory - both sit outside package-dir.License: Wheel bundles lz4 (BSD-2-Clause) alongside fastwarc's own Apache-2.0 licence, neither of which upstream's wheel carries.
Built on cp312 (local macOS/arm64 rehearsal); 103 passed.
